Let's do some review: With the E-Commerce service you must pay a minimum monthly service fee of $22.95. The discount percentage for MasterCard/Visa is 2.69% plus a $0.20 transaction fee. You may also accept Discover and American Express (rate cards might be higher). The minimum term for a merchant contract is 6 months, but some companies require a non-breakable contract of 4-years.

The ICE International Card Establishment offers the E-Commerce servic with whom you need to establish a Merchant Credit Card Account, which requires the personal or business information directly from the customer in order to get approved. The customer will receive a 1-yr agreement and must decide over two options: Terminal or Plug-n-Pay.

The Terminal requires the equipment to be leased for $20.00/month with a 48-month agreement that pays for it, while the Plug-n-play system costs a one-time setup of $150.00 and a monthly gateway fee of $20.00. Another monthly extra fee for both cases is $10.00 for Wire Transfer.

Rates of 1.99% per each card transaction apply on any Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. An additional $0.25 fee per-transaction applies and is automatically paid by the merchant. The system provides free statements on-line and full customer support.
